Supreme is one of the most recognizable fashion brand among teenagers and young adults. Their most well-known product is a simple white T-shirt with Supreme logo on it and there are many imitations out there.

But do you know there are actually two Supreme? One was from Italy known as Supreme Italia, the copycat and another from New York City, the legit Supreme. However, Supreme Italia managed to exploit trademark rules in some countries to use the real Supreme’s name, logo and branding. So are they "legal fake"?

The real Supreme called Supreme Italia a bogus company and the launch party was fraudulent because the retail store had not officially opened, the people lining up there were paid local bloggers to stand in line and pretend to be customers.

Supreme also said that Supreme Italia doesn’t have the rights to Supreme branding in China and therefore is illegal for them to sell any products there.
