We all know that K-beauty is a thing that all of the ladies couldn't resist. However, as long as we know, we all start putting on makeup at the age of 18 years old, right? However, the Korean beauty spa in Seoul is now aiming for kids.
According to The Washington Post, a 7-year-old kid actually visit the ShuShu & Sassy beauty spa in Seoul for the second time. In the beauty spa, she was wrapped in a child-sized pink robe and wearing a bunny hairband. Her face was gently touched up with a puff. Her lips got a swipe of pink gloss.
"Makeup makes me look pretty," said the 7-year-old kid.
To this, girls who age from 4-10 can enjoy spa experience for $25 to $35 ( RM40 - RM150) which featuring a foot bath, a foot and calf massage, a face mask and makeup, and also manicure and pedicure.
"The motto of our beauty spas is that children can connect with their moms while playing with them,” said Grace Kim, a manager at ShuShu Cosmetics. “Our products are safe for pregnant women as well.”
FYI, ShuShu Cosmetics is a pioneer in K-beauty's outreach to children. Started in 2013, it operates 19 boutiques across South Korea, offering 'healthier' cosmetics for kids, such as water-soluble nail polish and non-toxic lip crayons in a range of edible colours.
