As you may have know that the new “special look” of the live-action Aladdin trailer has dropped in YouTube in which fans will get a good glimpse of the lovable and infectious Genie who is played by Will Smith. However, many those who watched it, don’t seem to like it.
Disney fans mocks Will Smith’s Genie portrayal and it’s to the point it has already becoming a meme! Seriously he looks weird.
The trailer was dropped on Sunday (10 Feb) and unfortunately, many fans were not impressed with what they saw and were quick to say so on social media. Heck, one Twitter user even said this, “It turns out that Will Smith’s Aladdin Genie will haunt my nightmares”. Ouch!

The trailer for director, Guy Ritchie’s latest offering was revealed midway through the Grammy Awards, and sees Aladdin approaching the Cave of Wonders in search of the lamp.
When Disney first released images of the upcoming film, Smith admitted it was "always terrifying" whenever "you're doing things that are iconic".
Smith is not the only problem the new footages features, but it remains the most prominent and the sheer strangeness of its highlights a problem the movie and Disney cannot ignore: The genie looks bad.
All three of my wishes would be to unsee the Will Smith genie
However, other film fans said they would wait to make their minds up when the movie is released in May 2019.
Visuals look good and I'm glad they made Genie blue. Of course Will Smith has some big shoes to fill but I'll wait to see the film before casting any judgements! #filmtwitterhttps://t.co/aSRlLXNA2u
